Order Processing

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3–10 business days

Please note that delivery estimates do not include processing time. Delays may occur due to weather, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details via email so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Out-of-Stock Items & Order Cancellation

Occasionally, an item may become unavailable after your order is placed. In such cases:

  • We may cancel the order (or part of it) due to stock unavailability.

  • You will be notified promptly via email.

  • Any payment collected for unavailable items will be refunded via your original payment method.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before shipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
